SIGNAVECT
Auction & asset intelligence

Find the opportunities others don't see.

A geographic view of UK & Ireland auctions — liquidation and business assets, household contents, antiques, vehicles, machinery, livestock, agricultural sales, property and more — with early insolvency intelligence retained as a specialist layer.

Release 1 live-data development
Designed around the buyer

One place to see what is happening, where and when.

Discover

Bring fragmented UK and Irish auctions and public insolvency signals into one searchable geographic view, across commercial and consumer auction categories.

Locate

For confirmed auctions, focus on the physical location of the assets. Earlier insolvency signals are labelled separately and never presented as asset locations.

Act earlier

See potential disposals before an auction is found, then distinguish them clearly from confirmed advertised auctions.

UK & Ireland source universe

Building coverage across 500+ auction operators and venues.

Source discovery now spans England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Major directories already expose 400+ online auctioneers before livestock marts, property specialists, vehicle auctions and independent industrial operators are added. Confirmed auctions only enter the live map from sources whose reuse/API rights and evidence meet SIGNAVECT standards.

England

Agricultural and livestock networks plus industrial, liquidation, antiques, household and machinery platforms are under integration. Key coverage candidates include Auctionmarts participants, BidSpotter/i-bidder, Copart UK and regional auctioneers. Copart adds nationwide vehicle, salvage and heavy-equipment coverage, pending authorised data access.

Scotland

AN Marts, TSA, Sweeney Kincaid, Smile Scotland, Pentland, BA Auction Marts, United Auctions, Dingwall & Highland Marts, Wallets, Lawrie & Symington and Caledonian Marts are represented in the source programme.

Wales

Welshpool Livestock, Clee Tompkinson Francis, Herbert R Thomas, JJ Morris, J. Straker Chadwick and cross-border agricultural networks are under review.

Northern Ireland

Auctions NI, Lisnaskea, Scarva and McAfee broaden household, clearance, tools and antiques coverage; Markethill, Omagh, Pollock and Ulster Farmers Marts cover livestock/agriculture.

Republic of Ireland

eAuctions, Irish Machinery Auctions, Hennessy, Taaffe, LSL and Auctionmarts Ireland extend coverage into liquidation, commercial assets, machinery, vehicles, livestock, agriculture and property.

Platform strategy

Auctionmarts has a documented authenticated SDK/API and is the priority route for broad agricultural coverage. Other major platforms are being assessed for legitimate commercial integration rather than scraped.

Rights-first ingestion

GREEN sources may feed the map. AMBER sources remain disabled while commercial reuse/API terms are established. RED sources are discovery-only and are never ingested.

Initial release

Release 1 is now using live public-source signals.

The current live layer contains verified insolvency signals from The Gazette. Confirmed auction integrations are added only where source rights and evidence meet SIGNAVECT's standard. Catalogue-level lot identification, valuation and resale scoring remain Release 2.
